Each participant will receive approximately 500g of your own chocolate as well as the recipes and technical worksheets to be able to develop your chocolate making skills further.

Summary: Excellent. Truffle making masterclass. Very well delivered. Knowledgeable and friendly teacher. Fabulous ingredients to work with. Shame one of the older female front of house staff tried to ruin the atmosphere by being rude, unhelpful and unfriendly. Rest of staff more than compensated.
